The main event is on January 24, 2026, but you can make a weekend of it if you would like.

Sign-up for the day is with Arizona SXS Adrenaline Therapy. Adrenaline Therapy will be covering your Dinner on Saturday.

• IMPORTANT DATE TO REMEMBER: January 19, 2026 - This is the last day to sign-up and cancel with Bumble Bee Ranch without any penalty. Sign-up after January 19th and walk-in’s incurs a $30 late fee. Cancellation after January 19th, is $50 per person or $75 for a family on one reservation. You can cancel before January 19, 2026, with no penalties. Bumble Bee Ranch does confirmation calls about one week prior to the cut-off date to remind you and make sure your reservation is perfect.

• CANCELLING EXTRA LAST MINUTE - If you cancel your accommodations, food or electrical spots, the day of arrival, you will be responsible for them unless Bumble Bee Ranch can fill your spot. Cancel your extras before you arrive.

• NO SHOWS - If you are a no show, you will be responsible for your entire reservation.

• FAILURE TO PAY - You will be blacklisted from Bumble Bee Ranch until your fee is paid then you can come play again.

• PETS - Absolutely NO PETS in the Big House. You can bring your dog and keep them at your camp spot, but they must be contained at all times. My cows might eat them, and my chickens are $200 each if your dog kills them. If your dog barks or bites, leave them at home.

• RULE TO LIVE BY AT BUMBLE BEE RANCH: “Everyone else should not have to suffer because you are visiting the ranch.” Leave your dog at home if you can, and generators must be off from 10PM to 6AM. If you need electricity for your RV then pay for an electrical spot.

• RV SEPTIC AND WATER - You can fill with water upon arrival if need be, and there is a “RV Dump Station” on the way out which is free for campers.

• SHOWERS AND BATHROOMS - There are three showers and bathrooms throughout the ranch that are at your disposal. They do not cost anything extra. Bring a towel and personal items. See the layout below to plan your trip.

• THERE IS NO ALCOHOL AT THIS EVENT. YOU MAY BRING IT IN YOUR RV’s, BUT THAT IS IT. This is out of respect for those struggling with alcoholism. Don’t be THAT guy or gal! Bumble Bee Ranch will dispose of your alcoholic drinks that you bring down to the pavilion in your sippy cups. Keep it at your camp.

Xtras you can do for the weekend……

- CAMPING - Tent, Dry and Electrical Camping (electrical hookups are limited and must be reserved ahead of time)
- Extra meals on Friday (Spaghetti), and Saturday and Sunday Breakfast (Buffet style) - All are $15 per person
There are plenty of options for vegetarian and gluten free diets. If you are allergic to something, let Bumble Bee Ranch know.
- Sign-up for Horseback rides - 1 Hour ($100 per person) or 2 Hour ($150 per person) - Max weight: 230lbs, Minimum Age: 7
- You can bring your UTV’s, mountain bikes, dirt bikes, horses and dogs (contained at all times)
