Let’s get together and have some fun!

Come meet fellow Offroad Recovery Portal members at our first ever “Meet and Greet” at Bumble Bee Ranch. You can make it a day visit, or come for the weekend.

JOIN IN ON THE POKER RUN ON SATURDAY FOLLOWED BY A BIG BBQ PORK RIBS AND CHICKEN DINNER!! Cash bar is available after the run.

Dinner on Saturday is Mandatory. It is BBQ Pork Ribs and Chicken. Vegan and Gluten free options are always available. All other meals are optional.

If you are coming just for the day, you will have to pay for day parking and the meal. You will also need to register for the events. WALK-IN’s have a $30 penalty fee.

Ride is limited to 100 attendees.

IMPORTANT DATES AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

• Last day to cancel is May 13, 2024, without penalties. After May 13, 2024, there is a $50 cancellation fee to cover food costs which will be collected by Bumble Bee Ranch thru an invoice via email.

• If you are a NO SHOW, you will owe the entire amount of your registration fee. Please do us the courtesy for both Offroad Recovery Portal and Bumble Bee Ranch by canceling by phone or email. Bumble Bee Ranch will confirm your cancellation by phone. If you do not receive a phone call from us, you did not cancel your reservation.

• The ride is closed after May 13, 2024. Entries after May 13th or walk-in’s will incur a $30 late fee per person.

• Should you refuse to pay your cancellation fee like a responsible adult, you will be black listed from Bumble Bee Ranch for any future events until your fee is paid. Once paid, all is forgiven, and you may come and play again.

• You pay when you get to Bumble Bee Ranch at the office with cash, check or charge. Once paid, you will receive a parking pass. If you do not get a parking pass, you will receive the “Ribbon of Shame” and everyone will make fun of you. Avoid the “Ribbon of Shame”.

DOG RULES

• Dogs must be contained at all times.  Having your dogs run around your camp and your neighbors is not allowed.  If your dog cannot be contained, leave them at home.  If your dog is aggressive or a barker, leave them at home.  

• You may have your dog at the pavilion during meals, BUT you must sit out at the picnic tables outside of the wood floor of the pavilion.  Your dog may not go through the buffet line with you.  They must stay tied to the picnic table.

• Emotional support dogs are no longer considered a service dog.  Regular dog rules apply.  Not everyone loves dogs.  If you can, leave them at home.

• ABSOLUTELY no dogs in the Guest Accommodations. You can them them at your RV or tent.

• The Bumble Bee Ranch Chickens are $200 each if your dog kills one. The only way this can happen is if your dog is off its leash.

GENERATOR RULES

- Generators cannot be on between 10PM and 6AM. No one comes here to listen to your generator at night. If you must use it, let Bumble Bee Ranch know, and they will park you away from the group, or you sign up for an electrical spot.

SPEED LIMIT ON RANCH
The speed limit on the ranch is 7MPH to control dust and to keep you from running over kids or animals.
